The five solutions evaluated in this note were selected based on feature capability out of the large number of SaaS PM solutions available. Each of the chosen vendors was compared against the following key criteria:

- Collaboration functionality.
- Project analytics and reporting.
- Usability.
- Affordability.
- Hosted storage capacity.
Assess the relative strengths and weaknesses of each solution to find the one best suited for the enterprise.
