These days I have almost no use for politics; I consider those who believe in Party Before Country as likely to be guilty of treason, and my younger-year dreams of public service in elected office have been replaced, in general, with a deep cynicism of corrupt lobbyists buying favors from corrupt representatives. And yes, there are a few exceptions.
