When it comes to assigning responsibility for mobile device usage, leave nothing to chance; clearly delineate what the enterprise is responsible for, and what the user is responsible for. All mobile users must receive policy training that details their role and responsibilities, rights and obligations, and the repercussions of violating the policy. Only after the training should users be asked to sign-off on the policy.
