The human resources security policy provides procedures and guidelines for employees of an organization so they are aware of polices and duties. The policy provides examples of acceptable employee–employer relationships and behavior within the workplace. Any relevant regulations such as conflict resolution, employment laws, work schedules, health and safety measures, etc. will be incorporated within this policy.
