We have strong foundations. I think we could have been a bit more strict during the application lens/criteria assessment but like Paul mentioned, the assessment might need a 2nd or 3rd pass in order to get a better sense of how to evaluate the applications. It's hard to estimate how many days and how much money this will save the organization. However, using the workbook and process does indeed save us time and money.
