Doug Powell helped bring people to the table with his unassuming manner -- backed up by his commanding experience in the technical subject matter. Also, the onboarding/workshop booking experience with Connor Dillingham was truly exceptional. Without both these gentlemen, I can confidently say the workshop would not have happened.
The only room for improvement I saw was for Info-Tech to have provided Doug some background on working in the Defense and Aerospace sectors. This would have enabled him to more aptly employ the tools he brought, decreasing the spinup time and yielding an even higher return
