We are so far behind in basic documentation, some very prescriptive direction on what a basic set of tools we could use to document current state along with templates would be very valuable. We did get into this a bit, but not quite enough for the team to hit the ground running on some basics. While I don't want to short change the process, I am wondering if we could have moved faster by compressing this section to a couple days removing some of the business strategy aspects and then included a "quick start" to document current state of our architecture.
