About Jing Wu

Jing Wu is a Principal Research Director at Info-Tech Research Group, where she leads the IT Research and Advisory practice for the Utilities industry.

Jing has over 13 years of extensive Utilities experience from an integrated North American Utilities company providing services of electricity, natural gas, Water, wastewater, storm water, and recycled water. Jing has in-depth experience delivering some of the most transformative technologies including Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), and Advanced Data Analytics.

Jing holds a Master's Degree in Computing Science from the University of Alberta specializing in Artificial Intelligence — Heuristic Search and Probabilistic Robotics.
