Ian is the Product Director of the IT Training & Development practice at Info-Tech Research Group. His primary focus is leading the design, evolution, and operation of research-driven learning solutions that help IT professionals build critical capabilities in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and IT leadership.
Ian joined Info-Tech in the fall of 2016 after completing a BSc in Astrophysics at Western University. He spent the first 6 years of his time at Info-Tech writing research and providing advisory support for the Security & Privacy team. During this time, he developed deep expertise in security awareness, risk management, and identity and access management.
