What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?
Zoom is an excellent video communication platform. It hosts a full spectrum of modern conferencing tools to simplify our virtual meeting sessions. Zoom offers a better audio/video call quality than the rest others. Also, it gives us the ability to fully control the meetings. We can mute the conversation, control the file access, record meetings, and also share high-quality video over that call. Failover and load-balancing features are incremental in ensuring the timely conduct of our online meetings. As we brace the new work from home norm, zoom platform is the most sought-after tool to manage workflows & retain productivity in our business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoom is an economical medium to streamline our enterprise communication. It's an easy-to-use platform that competently suffices our risks and security concerns. For small businesses like ours, Zoom is highly preferred to enable cross-communication across distant teams via video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chat, and webinars. Zoom offer the best audio and video transfer rate, quality, and instant sharing tools, that gives it an edge over the existing others. It supports both mobile/ desktop devices & has the potential of hosting large number of audiences.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The basic version of zoom comes with limited features. Most of the essential services require an additional subscription that has multiple tiers & puts a ceiling on the duration of meetings & the number of participants. Besides, the customer service department at zoom needs to upgrade their service delivery. There is a continued delay in responding to the queries raised by the customers. Security concerns & the possibility of intrusion by outsiders is yet another downside of the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Zoom allows you to collaborate on the go. It will help you in pruning down your expenses in managing space/ traveling for organizing the business meetings. Also, Zoom is a great tool to make online presentations & demonstrations to your clients. You are free to share your screen/ files, share notes, seek feedbacks while allowing them to take control as and when necessary.
