What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
Malwarebytes is a very effective antivirus and anti-malware solution that provides continuous protection and has excellent performance and behavior. Malwarebytes' presence in our environment allowed us to detect threats that were missed by our primary antivirus solution. Unlike many other tools, it is also highly user-friendly and can be tailored to individual needs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We like how quickly and simply you can implement the system throughout our company. The online site never ceases to amaze me with the improved capabilities it provides. The scan findings are straightforward, and the information on the eliminated harmful files is comprehensive and well-presented. As a result, we may feel more secure with this added safeguard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Scan execution on a host machine may fail for several reasons. When scanning the complete computer, it might use more resources than usual, and the endpoint machines themselves are unable to provide scan histories. If the amount of files is excessive, the process may be time out. Having two AV systems is more costly, but it saves our IT team valuable time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do yourself a favor and buy this if you don't already have an anti-malware application installed on your computer. The few times I've needed to call customer assistance, they've been fantastic. We brought the number of new infections to almost zero. Previously, I had to deal with malware every two weeks.

The most acceptable option for Malware control

What differentiates ThreatDown EDR from other similar products?
In the past, we would spend a few hours each week fixing viruses and reinstalling the software. Today, we hardly ever have any downtime. This program does a great job of identifying and preventing attacks on our devices and network. It resulted in almost complete elimination of infection. Our whole company uses the free version.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that It's wholly backgrounded and won't drain your PC's resources. The efficiency of threat detection and the simplicity of setup and management are both features that have won me over. Great effort is made to inform customers about enhancements and security measures, and they offer a training site. Malwarebytes ensure our systems are safe, even if users accidentally visit malicious pages or download malicious files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have any complaints about Malwarebytes. There is not a lot of bad stuff about it. However, updates requiring user interaction are a significant drawback. It has recently taken up too much memory and crashed the device. However, there is room for improvement in the UX design of dashboards. Not even Linux or Unix-based systems are supported.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is assisting our small businesses in staying one step ahead of malicious software. Even if you have anti-malware software installed, you should still check how many system resources it requires. Malwarebytes will probably use fewer resources. Like how simple it is to administer using the web interface. It's well worth it.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Trustworthy
- Effective Service
