Old product, but managed to keep being relevant

What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

Clean UI, easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and configuration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We use Jira and some of the other tool, which are plugins to Jira, just have a better integration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use multiple project management systems, but want to keep all your test cases in the same place, TestRail is a good choice. If you have a small team and only use Jira, may be look into some of the cheaper plugin options.

What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

Only used spreadsheets and works docs but it makes it clear to what needs to be done and sections it out nicely

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How granular you can be with the test cases which allows you to go step by step.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting could do with more information options

Use this if you want to have a singular and organized place to store test information

What differentiates TestRail from other similar products?

Self-hosted server with APIs available.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how user-friendly TestRail is. It's very easy to learn test cases and test runs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm generally not a huge fan of stand-alone test management software. I prefer test management software direct integration with CI/CD when available.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out and compare different products. Clearly more user-friendly then software like Zephyr.
