What differentiates Staffbase from other similar products?
The cooperation with staffbase was collegial, simple, and goal-oriented from the beginning. As a contact person at the client site, I felt listened to and found myself in a skilled task force of the vendor. Style and implementation were greatly supported and we were helped to customize the mobile computer network resolution for our employees. The project commitment of the Staffbase client Success Manager deserves special mention.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Staffbase is straightforward to use, intuitive email distribution software. Our organization can simply and effectively send communications, and gain insights into the reach and target users as required to make sure they need the information they have among their roles to achieve success and engagement. The Staffbase app is great for hourly manufacturing workers to be able to reach them in real-time. We tend to use the news and employee updates all the time to speak with our employees. However, we also have a great deal of data for the workers on numerous pages that are created. It’s a one-stop shop for everyone.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only factor that bothers us is the (quite regular) technical incidents – either it’s not possible to transfer media or we cannot access the app, and so on It doesn’t happen often however looks to be happening exactly once I need that one function that does not work.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Staffbase is quick to implement and still offers customization and its concepts with a prepared software system buffet. The contact persons are experienced and might additionally define the use case in initial discussions.
