AI, available in Sales Cloud, lets you automate some core processes even further and streamline certain tasks

High cost and hidden fees , along with expensive add-ons can be cumbersome.

Although the tool offers a lot of functionality, some users may find the interface too complex and overwhelming, especially those who are not familiar with the tool.

Being able to see what prospect had looked into or downloaded and also links their LinkedIn profile for more insight

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's a bit of a mess. Once you've added notes it doesn't keep the prospect from popping back up

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to add as much notes as you can when working with a lead so you can ensure the workflow is efficient for you.
