What differentiates Salesforce Pardot from other similar products?

Pardot is having lot of unique feature some of the unique features are , 1> It takes very less time to get hands-on for a new user. 2> It have some great segmenting features which make it easy to implement engagement programs/email campaigns. 3> Integration with other third party application is easy. 4> Lot of Email templates are available. 5> We can set up workflows and use it multiple times for generating different leads. 6> Engagement Studio is very useful to automate customer journeys.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's very useful application for email marketing, Salesforce integration and campaign management. Some of the important features are, 1> Pardot has several connectors available, for hosting webinars, videos, RSS feeds, social media platforms, among others, for a synthesized view of a business's marketing connections. 2> The scheduling function, for emails or posts, is particularly easy to use. 3> Very easy to setup and maintain your work flows. 4> Reporting is pretty good and very much informative. 5> Easy to gather and organize information on leads. 6> Segmentation is very helpful we can segregate our customers easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pardot is a great product but some more feature and improvement can make it more better and effective in market. Some of the are like, 1> Extremely pricey, It's hard for small companies to afford. 2> Implementation and Data migration takes a lot of time. 3> Search features can be improve and filtering option required much improvement. 4> No option to undo previous edits, this can sometimes ruin the whole email. 5> Creating new mail templates require understanding of html coding. It could be simpler so a non technical user can get more benefits.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pardot is great and user friendly for those that are comfortable with the salesforce environment and makes it easy to integrate marking across our enterprise. Pardot automates marketing in an efficient and easy to understand manner. As it is bit costly if price is not a concern then you can take look how it's going to useful for you organization. In the beginning it is very overwhelming but once you get the hang of the tool, things begin to fall in place.
