My favourite aspect is that Nimble provides a unified view of contacts by aggregating information from various sources, including email, social media profiles, and CRM records.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost scalability as the business grows is what I dislike about this product.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Nimble works like you think. If people are primary for you, you'll love Nimble. Everything in the interface, the workflows, and the semi-automated data entry (e.g., look up LinkedIn and social profiles) saves time and makes it easier to manage relationships.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Prospector, the tool that auto-populates much of a brand new contact's info (from wherever you happen to be online at the time).

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't pick up the phone and make calls for me ;-)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sketch out how you want to work on paper (or a whiteboard) before you start. I'd make this recommendation for any product.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Nimble has become the most valuable resource we have for keeping our email contacts and other platforms synchronized and streamlined.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nimble is vital in our organization for connecting with customers, I love how easily contacts are imported into the CRM and how simple it is to integrate with other applications used on a daily basis. It has an easy to use user interface that is packed with features for email marketing, live chat, ad management, and more. The job Nimble does in storing data and providing visuals of our customers and the people we need to contact has been impeccable; we made a wise decision in acquiring this great CRM tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the very few things that are unfavorable when referring to Nimble is its price, it is a bit pricey, yes, but worth every penny invested. It could also have more marketing automation options, it would add great value to such an excellent product.
