What differentiates Mitel MiCloud Connect from other similar products?

For me its very straightforward, reliable and gives you access to nice reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity of it. I use if for incoming and outbound calling and it simple works like expected.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The fact in my setup at least there is not way to do Text Messaging.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If integrated properly, works and will be a very reliable tool in your business.
