Finally, automation that actually works
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Microsoft Power Automate from other similar products?
Power Automate wins because it lives inside everything Microsoft—Outlook, Teams, SharePoint—so nothing feels like a separate tool. And when you hit something without an API, the desktop recorder just clicks through it like a person would.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how Power Automate just sits there inside everything I already use—Outlook, Teams, SharePoint—so I don't have to switch between a dozen different tools. It feels less like learning new software and more like the stuff I already know finally started working smarter.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike—Power Automate has been solid for everything I've needed. It just works.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Just start small with something you actually need to automate—you'll be surprised how quickly it clicks. And don't overthink the licensing at first; you probably already have access to more than you realize through your Microsoft 365 subscription.
