What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

I think there are a lot of newer products out on the marketing that have lots of bells and whistles - but we don't need the bells and whistles. We needed something that wouldn't require a dedicated marketing person to manage, and Mailchimp gives us the basics that we need and makes it easy to set up new flows, campaigns, and templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I think it is by far the easiest product in terms of creating professional looking emails from templates. I'm not a graphic designer but I "know what I like when I see it" and it's easy for me to add sections, change styles and formats.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't really have any issues with it. I've used it for years and haven't had any issues. Also, their live chat support is very helpful - so if I run into a question, I can get it answered on the spot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a simple, cost-effective program to send auto and newsletter emails, Mailchimp is an oldie but goodie. Probably one of the best WYSIWYG builders for nice-looking professional emails.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

It used to be one of the best solutions, plus with a great free tier, it was a no-brainer. It's easy to use, and the learning curve is minimum. However, they lack innovation and currently they are way behind most other vendors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That the free tier was very generous and easy to use (no credit card to start)

What do you dislike most about this product?

That the have lost their compass and lack innovation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're starting a business or a small mailing list, it might work wonders for you. However, they lack most of the modern features other vendors have and you will probably have to look somewhere else in the not so distant future, if your list or business grows.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

MailChimp is a perfect platform to correctly manage all types of advertising campaign and generate many more sales in less time. This platform differs from others in that it has perfect control over the emails sent to counteract the "spam" service, and that the emails enter the correct mailbox. Also because it is too easy to create campaigns in less time, without having to spend so much time on it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

MailChimp is highly accessible from any device, its ability to work on mobile devices, tablets and PC is impressive. This accessibility on multiple devices has helped me create and organize all kinds of campaigns from wherever I am I can use my tablet or I can use my phone, it would not have any type of proble, it would have the same benefits as the PC version. I also really like the fact that emails are received quickly by the recipient, this helps the campaigns to be delivered in real time and without any delay.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Something that I must strongly criticize about MailChimp is its prices, I consider that this is a software that offers many positive things such as the easy creation of advertising campaigns, consecutive management and real-time monitoring, however, the prices are quite high. Currently, in our company, we continue to use MailChimp despite the costs, because it generates a lot of sales, and this has made us grow as a company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a method that greatly expands slaes and manages to advertise much better than any other manual process, here is MailChimp, a guaranteed, secure and highly automated software, which will be in charge of organizing all campaigns, monitoring in time real and simple campaign creation.
