What differentiates Seismic Learning from other similar products?
Lessonly differentiates itself from other employee training software by offering a highly engaging, interactive learning experience that includes gamification elements and personalized learning paths.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best aspects of Lessonly is its focus on engaging, interactive learning that makes training more enjoyable and effective for employees.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting and content management aspects can be tough to stay organized and manage unless your team is using an agreed upon set of naming conventions, course/module/curriculum structure, and tagging usage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'd recommend making sure there's a clear content naming and organization structure established pre-implementation -- the way Lessonly's content management and tagging system works, you will need to have a clear picture of the nodes that will appear to learners when logging in their first time. It can also be very helpful, especially as a small team (3 or less) to ensure mid-level leadership is aware of simple ways to get 1) reports, and 2) assign content.

What differentiates Seismic Learning from other similar products?
I've looked at many other learning management systems, and none of them are as easy to navigate and create lessons as Lessonly. It's truly the greatest user experience and so easy to manage your team and see how they're progressing through lessons. It holds them accountable and allows you to manage large teams, knowing what they've reviewed and where they need to improve.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Absolutely, the easiest user experience. It's so intuitive and quick to create a lesson. Our team loves it and uses it daily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price is a little high, but it's definitely worth the extra dollars for the great experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Stop your search and just go with Lessonly. You won't regret it. It's probably the most valuable software we use on our Customer Support team.
