What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

We have never had a full ECM solution so I have nothing to compare to.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Forms > Workflow to allow for end user productivity

What do you dislike most about this product?

Vendor support can be lacking a bit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take into account your volume. Ensure Laserfiche can ingest the load of data you throw at it daily.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?

Ease of use, easy to understand, fast delivery of solutions to business users, fast adoption due to its very clear interface. Available on the 2 architecture models : Cloud and on premises. The way the editor is listening to their users needs and is able to provide fast and productive evolution of its platform, like AI very recently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Metadata management, data extraction with AI, integration with AI, no-code platform, powerful eForms capabilities, workflow and process automation

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of recognition / visibility in my region (Continental Europe).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't hesitate to look at competitors, make your checklist and trust your Laserfiche Solution Provider (Laserfiche official vendor, trained and certified). You will be amazed to discover how Laserfiche in one the best products in its category, and supported by real professionals.
