Laserfiche is really exceptional in terms of balancing features and transparency. I like that you can configure it in an infinite number of customizations

Customizable workflows with endless use cases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To get the best benefits of this product you really need to have a dedicated and talented systems admin or to hire the consultant/ reseller to provide high levels of support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure to perform business process analysis throughout the implementation, test all your processes through every iteration, and have enough support to match your expected volume of use cases.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
The forms are intuitive to use and easy to navigate, preview, and test.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The preview or test features. The product also has a great record management feature. The other aspect I really like is the templates that can be applied to the documents or files folders.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The different repositories functioning as unique entities without sharing items across repositories.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The workflows need to be highly planned and thought out with IF THEN statements but when done well it really adds values to the forms and business continuity.

The expansive and ever evolving product enhancements that continue to make existing processes more and more efficient. Their drive for doing better and never settling shows in the product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The amount of flexibility and customizability that can be achieved in any workflow process. The needs of our end users can always be met and usually exceeded by our ability to give the users what they need to be effective in their job.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No current negative thoughts
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The product is easy to use once implemented. With the new features being rolled out, its even easier to come in to the product with no experience and be successful in creating processes. The learning curve is supported by your implementation team and on-going forum support!
