What differentiates Kobiton from other similar products?

Kobiton was willing to work with us on some point of integration that we need as well as some important features esp. as it integrates with some of our network infrastructure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that they always innovate and continue to build on top of the great features they already have.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have a few issues on plugging in our devices, but we are working on how we can do this more efficiently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is great company to work with, they are willing to help you out and very transparent. Highly recommended.

Not Critical But a Great Auxiliary Tool

What differentiates Kobiton from other similar products?

One of the biggest differences for us has been its shared devices. At the time of our initial purchase, it was one of very few providers who made remote devices cost effective by giving us access to a shared pool, instead of paying large sums for dedicated devices we didn't need.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Session recordings have always been the most useful feature. They allow developers to actually witness and dig into more elusive bugs that otherwise would have been hard to replicate or communicate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm not sure it's avoidable when using a remotely accessed real device, but the often slow interaction speed can be annoying when performing manual tests.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're looking for a supplemental tool to give you access to additional devices and operating systems, this is a great product. If you expect Kobiton to replace physical devices onsite, your speed of testing will decrease, and you're likely to be disappointed.
