What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
The interface is very attractive, intuitive and fun to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to share out new knowledge card alerts and "ask" people to read them - you can then look to see who hasn't or has read the knowledge alert.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there was an easier way to automatically add new employees to Guru. It's manual and requires adding them to different groups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great "how to get help" tool that employees can use to get answers to questions fast, without having to search for the right person to ask their questions.

What differentiates Guru from other similar products?
The verification cycle of Guru were really important to our business. Love this function!

Guru has allowed us to create a culture of knowledge-sharing throughout our company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Small buggy items come up with some level of frequency. Their Support team is awesome, though, and when we reach out to flag these we always get solid responses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Iron out the best practices before releasing to your whole company! There's a lot of areas for input in Guru so making sure your team knows where to manage incoming questions/requests is important.
