What differentiates Globalscape EFT from other similar products?

It's design and organization is well thoughtout

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Working out of the eft client on my workstation. It's much more intuitive than the web portal

What do you dislike most about this product?

That they removed the MOVE or COPY statement from Event Rules and replaced it with Upload in the more recent versions. The change had an impact on users setting up new transfers and caused multiple files to be sent multiple times before we caught it. The user guide is not very easy to navigate and utilize. I designed my own user guide for training internally which works much better to bring new users up to speed on processes.
