What differentiates Docebo Learn Platform from other similar products?

Docebo looks great in use cases but we underestimated how much work would go in to actually making it look and run that way. If you have the time and energy to dedicate to customizing every aspect of the LMS then you would likely enjoy this product. When its done right it looks great and is easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The amount of customization they offer is great. That leads to a really slick product that fits the voice and brand you are looking to achieve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The reporting is dismal. Its an expensive product and not having strong reporting capabilities makes it difficult for the L&D team to give the ROI to the business. The admin side is also very difficult to use- you often have to take the 'long way' when trying to do anything (ie enroll learners, pull a report, take attendance) there isn't an intuitive option for many functions in the platform.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This can be a great LMS if you have the time and energy to dedicate putting a lot of work into customizing it.

We chose Docebo because it is the best learning management system that facilitate learning for your employees, partners and customers. It's easy to use for both learner's and administrators which encourages learner's engagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy administration and quick setup. Docebo connects integrations marketplace and gives you a seemless way to bring all your SaaS business system together and all that in a single learning environment. Docebo provides comprehensive reports with analytics which helps in better business decisions making.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Docebo is pricey and small business may not be able to afford it.

I would recommend Docebo as it equips enterprises globaly to tackle any learning challenge and create a true learning culture within their organizations with it's multi product learning suit.

It allows you to create engaging and quality content in minutes, using integrated tools or accessing a comprehensive library of third-party e-learning content.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration with Salesforce is compatible with the Classic and Lightning versions of the CRM and is done through an application installed in Docebo following guided steps. The integration is only for the platform's desktop version; it is not available for mobile. Docebo Learning Suite offers an AI-powered learning experience that recommends relevant content, personalized learning paths and facilitates social and collaborative learning. It integrates a solution to measure the impact of learning on business outcomes using advanced data and indicators.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It has a high price compared to other platforms in the market, which can be an obstacle for some organizations with limited budgets.

Improving the engagement and satisfaction of employees, customers and partners with learning, offering them relevant, personalized and gamified content. Reducing costs and time associated with content creation and management, using integrated tools or accessing external quality content. Increasing performance and productivity of employees, customers and partners, providing them with the skills and competencies necessary for their professional development. Demonstrating the value of learning for business, using data and indicators that link learning with outcomes.
