Able to set automation and to track full onboarding, health score, and dashboard!

What differentiates Custify from other similar products?

Custify is easily customizable based on the price point, especially for Startups! I'd recommend it to any team looking for ease of use for implementation for a new CS team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the overall reporting system and health score feature with the Custify dashboard and the use of workflows for the CS team to relieve us of non-automated tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the lack of two way integrations with our CRM system - specifically Hubspot. This makes some tasks monotonous and laborious to double record.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great starter CS tool for any startup out there building their CS team at scale!
