What differentiates Constant Contact from other similar products?

Constant Contact's website building tools are excellent and I enjoy that they offer email marketing capabilities as well. In my experience with many digital marketing tools, Constant Contact is by far the best. There is no better deal than this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really enjoy being able to categorize my communities and groups based on email type. With Constant Contact, you can plan ahead and easily use it for any event or holiday of the year.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is necessary to expand our automation offering. As for automated alternatives, it is simply insufficient. It would be great if we could assign labels to emails based on their behavior. Instead, you can add tags every time a subscriber signs up for a list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Using Constant Contact to plan our campaigns in advance has been a huge help. I can certainly monitor the number of people who have opened our emails and the speed at which our content circulates between them.

The user interface is that the cleanest, best interface I’ve worked with. The fact that they have been around for therefore long and are endlessly adding new useful options makes it an excellent powerful and feature-rich tool for email selling whereas keeping its easy-to-use UI.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the reports it generates. You’re ready to see what your audience clicked on, who opened it, who received it, the bounce rate, who unsubscribed, and more. If you run a poll you’ll get the results per user. You’re conjointly able to resend the newsletter to the audience members who didn’t open it the first time. In addition, you can produce tags for your audience members to differentiate them which may also facilitate if you wish to send a newsletter to a specific cluster of people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If the message is being sent out to an outlook user it does currently show like in the Constant preview. I have reached out to Constant client service and was told that this is a known issue and that they counsel me to rent a third-party code author to modify the HTML code for our requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can have many different subscriber teams to fulfill the wants of our organization and send targeted messages to our audiences. We can conjointly track who is opening our messages and alter our strategies if needed. So I fully recommend this tool.
