The only problem I see is the user interface, which I think could be improved as it is slow at times.

The key difference is its strong emphasis on low-code application generation combined with enterprise-level extensibility. Many low-code platforms simplify development but still hit limitations when complex logic or integrations are required. CWS platforms also stands out in how it handles integrations and orchestration across enterprise systems.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that it doesn't force a strict either low-code or pro-code choice. In real systems, that kind of rigidity usually becomes a bottleneck over time. Instead, the platform allows simpler workflows to be built quickly by non-developers, while still giving engineers enough flexibility to extend and integrate where needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing that i have noticed with platforms of this kind is that the flexibility can come with a learning curve that is not always obvious at the beginning. i would also say that these are unique flaws to CMW platform specifically they are more common challenges in enterprise low-code and BPM suits in general. But from my standpoint, the biggest downside is that the same all-in-one strength that makes it powerful can also make it feel a bit heavy and less flexible in highly customized or deeply technical environments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly recommend investing time in initial training and architecture planning. multiple user experiences show that while the platform is intuitive at a basic level, advanced configuration and integrations introduce a noticeable learning curve. So overall, my recommendation would be to use CWS Platform when we need structured, scalable process orchestration across systems by not just simple workflow automation and treat the onboarding and design phase as a proper engineering effort rather than quick setup task.
