Campaign Monitor has great features that support email marketing as compared to other marketing products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has great user interface that is easy to use and learn how it works. Sending marketing emails to our clients is easy and updating them on new changes on our products and services. Since we started suing this platform for marketing our products we have won a lot of clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not experienced any poor performance challenge from the operation of this product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Email marketing campaigns can be easily tackled and effectively implemented with Campaign Monitor.

Live Map Reporting - Campaign Monitor gives real-time reporting of where in the world users are opening and interacting with your emails.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Limited Source Code / Live Template Change View -- CM doesn't seem to support live changes to the source code like most other platforms do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Campaign Monitor is best for straightforward sends where the template is already created via source code and there are only light segmenting options needed.
