What differentiates AppsFlyer from other similar products?
With an almost non-existent learning curve because this platform offers an easy enough method for anyone to understand, we can attribute app installs and monitor user engagement and events through the dashboard which helps with marketing analytics and retention data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have a lot of variety in potential tools for our growth such as an export of app events to media sources in conjunction with an audience creation and export to advertising platforms is quite simple and highly influential as well as the custom dashboards that AppsFlyer provides help us to monitor targets according to our needs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be one of the most complete platform in analytics if AppsFlyer made the aggregation of analytics for websites, as a free or cost implementation. In the end it would only be helpful for us and a reconfiguration of the configuration code because the tracking of in-app purchases is very complex and time consuming for the developer in charge.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With AppsFlyer we have the facility to be able to do a series of ad performance and user engagement tracking across all channels being an excellent way to be able to visualize our aggregated user data in a single dashboard. Useful for detailed product analysis, we recommend it because it's great to see how customers are finding products, making them more likely to interact.

High learning curve, hard to understand what every feature is fod without proper training

Make sure you have someone in charge of Appsflyer that is able to provide a decent training to your analytics team
