What differentiates alphachat.ai from other similar products?
The level of quality of interaction we have obtained with our developers in general has been precisely what we were expecting. Alphachat has helped us to improve the way we communicate at a group level, and by offering us customization tools for each chat, we find it excellent that each employee manages his or her own chat settings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In Alphachat all calls that are made can have a totally free extension, so we are not limited to problems such as communication being interrupted because the time limit to do so is causing inconvenience, which leaves us with an excellent ability to interact as much as we want. We are totally pleased to realize that Alphachat definitely offers us generally good gains by streamlining communication between the team and helping us stay organized, based on the results obtained over the last year, which gives us a lot of confidence with respect to elucidating a future in which we continue to keep the Alphachat service as our primary communications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unlike other platforms oriented to the execution of online chats, Alphachat cannot be integrated with services that base their management on the handling of sales operations through the web, so we cannot use it to create private suites from such services. The same applies to survey generation services.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend it for all kinds of remote jobs that require a certain degree of constant communication from those involved in the work, but primarily it is a useful tool for the whole group programming area, as it can keep each member oriented with respect to the work of others and that there is no disorder when sharing data.
