Users accessing their typical plethora of Web-based enterprise applications, not to mention an equally abundant portfolio of external, third-party sites, must recall many random bits of information. The mental stress of trying to remember so many account credentials has even entered the netizen lexicon as “password fatigue.” It’s no surprise that a recent survey found most people avoid the problem entirely by using the same password wherever they can.
