Use this tool to collect HRIS requirements in alignment with the major functional areas identified in the Info-Tech HRIS framework.
Requirements can be designated as "mandatory" (must have, should have) or "desirable" (could have). Non-compliance with a mandatory requirement will not necessarily eliminate a vendor. However, the number of non-compliant mandatory responses will impact the vendor's overall score.
All vendors are required to answer the questions to the best of their ability. Some questions are best answered with the drop-down menu options provided in the template: yes, no, yes with configuration, or yes with customization. Other questions will require additional notes.
