A checklist of quick wins for the four pairs of service management processes will be created along with a plan to implement the quick wins with minimum distraction. After the implementation, IT must communicate the results of the quick wins to the business and the IT team.
This phase will walk you through the following activities:

- Identify sure-fire quick wins.
- Implement the quick wins and measure the results.
- Communicate results to the team and the business.
