A Risk Management Action Plan template is meant to be used in conjunction with the WCO IT Risk Profile Tool This template allows the IT leader to:
- Select, prioritize, and review options for strategy
- Complete a risk profile for your organization
- Communicate the main risk mitigation actions to be taken
Select the most important or severe risks in the organization from the Risk Reporting tab, and transfer the relevant information from that tab to this template. Once you have transferred the necessary information, list the necessary steps to complete the “Risk Action to be Taken”.
