Use this tool to track your crisis response steps as well as crisis-specific metrics that will support crisis evaluation through its lifecycle. The tabs in the tool are:
- Crisis Response Progress: Use this tab as a crisis management checklist and a method for tracking crisis management progress (i.e. as steps are completed).
- Crisis Metrics Template: Use this tab to define metrics specific to the current crisis that you will use to evaluate crisis status.
- Crisis Metrics Example: This tab provides an example of what is produced by the Crisis Metrics Template.
