Use this template to create a business transformation summary based on your organization's readiness to undergo change. There are three levels of consideration to keep in mind when conducting your reasiness assesment:
- The readiness of your IT department in general for a quality program to be launched.
- The readiness of your Center of Excellence to facilitate the program's execution.
- Assessment of the readiness of your practice areas to adopt quality management practices into their normal operations.
For any readiness assessment questions regarding practice areas, ensure that you are asking the questions for all the key practice areas you defined when determine the scope of your quality program.
