Based on testing executed from past projects, brainstorm lessons learned from defining and deploying your test processes. There may be situations during previous testing where “Band-Aid” solutions may have been implemented to resolve a certain process issue. These lessons should be motivations for continuous improvements of your testing processes and identification of future process optimization initiatives.
