The tool begins by asking a series of targeted questions that will determine your goals and objectives from a high level, which allows the tool to recommend a given course of action. From there, the tool will walk you through the steps that will, at its completion, provide you with a service management roadmap.
Use these results in conjunction with phases 3 and 4 of the blueprint to help develop the roadmap.
