- Conduct a tabletop exercise to identify your recovery workflow.
- Identify risks and gaps in the recovery workflow that could prevent you from meeting recovery objectives.
- Create a roadmap to address risks and gaps.
- Communicate your findings including recovery capabilities, recovery objectives, criticality tiers, and recommendations to close gaps and mitigate risks.
