This phase will take you through the following activities:
- Understand what Agile principles are.
- Understand the alignment between Agile and service management.
- Identify the optimal states for agility in the four areas of culture, structure, processes, and resources.
Use this phase as part of the full project blueprint, Build a Roadmap for Service Management Agility, to determine the optimal state for the roadmap in phase 3.
