The Model phase is focused on applying business architecture techniques such as strategy maps, value streams, and business capability maps to design usable and accurate blueprints of the business.
This phase will take you through the following activities:
- Create strategy maps to connect business goals to organizational perspectives.
- Identify and define value streams that support specific business goals.
- Decompose the organization into its capabilities using business capability maps.
- Connect value streams to business capabilities.
