Interview EA capability stakeholders to define the organization-specific:
- EA capability goals, i.e. specific desired outcomes of an EA management process execution.
- EA capability measures that determine how EA capability stakeholders will
validate:
- Achievement of the EA capability goals (lag indicators).
- Execution of EA management process that leads to goal achievement (lead indicators).
Document which EA capability goals and measures are of each stakeholder’s interest to later drive the EA capability communication planning.
This activity aims at eliciting EA capability goals and measures to achieve stakeholder agreement on the EA capability direction and purpose. The detailed definition of EA capability performance and value measurement (e.g. data collection, analysis, and reporting responsibilities) is out of scope of this activity and is addressed later in this document.
