It is important for small enterprises to track provider performance in application maintenance outsourcing (AMO) initiatives. One effective way to establish whether or not a provider is meeting the service levels outlined in the AMO service level agreement (SLA) is to use a performance scorecard (PSC).
After interviewing 10 IT professionals and examining their SLAs and PSCs, Info-Tech developed an AMO PSC template that includes the following:
- Specific quantifiable metrics linked to Info-Tech's AMO SLA template.
- Key qualitative management satisfaction ratings that add depth to the quantitative metrics and facilitate a well-rounded conversation with the provider.
- An easy-to-follow mechanism for keeping track of an AMO provider’s performance on a quarterly basis.
Don’t waste time trying to create a PSC from scratch – use Info-Tech’s customizable AMO PSC template.
