It is important for small enterprises to track provider performance in application maintenance outsourcing (AMO) initiatives. One effective way to establish whether or not a provider is meeting the service levels outlined in the AMO service level agreement (SLA) is to use a performance scorecard (PSC).

After interviewing 10 IT professionals and examining their SLAs and PSCs, Info-Tech developed an AMO PSC template that includes the following:
