A charter is one of the most critical communications during an enterprise architecture (EA) initiative. All stakeholders must understand and agree on the objectives and important characteristics of the plan before it begins.
Use this template to develop a charter that:
- Communicates the overview to stakeholders.
- Facilitates decision-making and consensus.
- Secures buy-in and obtains official approval.
Stakeholders must be given the opportunity to adjust the plan to better address their needs and concerns.
