When a shortlist of vendors has been created and it is time to have them demonstrate their CRM suite, there is a need for a consistent demo process to directly compare features. Use this demonstration script to:

  • Lay out the course of the demo so that each vendor can demonstrate the same features – with an opportunity for showcasing unique elements available as well.
  • Specify scenarios for vendors to demonstrate functionality (e.g. for case management and ticketing, social media integration, and multi-channel queuing).

A standard demonstration will simplify the process of selecting a CRM suite, and ensure you get all of the needed information from vendors in order to make the best selection for your organization.
