- Software and Technology. These classes introduce popular productivity applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office products, and basic network management and PC troubleshooting.
- IT Professional. For individuals seeking more advanced topics, HP offers classes on issues like Linux, storage networks, and virus protection.
- Business and Productivity. Strategic IT decision makers may be more interested in classes on disaster recovery, compliance, or security.
- In-House Marketing. These address issues such as running a direct mail campaign and using productivity applications for marketing initiatives.
