Develop an EA capability performance and value measurement plan.
Step 1: Hold working sessions with the owners of the other processes (Directors and Sr. Managers accountable for process performance and capability levels) to define how EA management process will interact with other processes in terms of:
- Purpose of the interactions.
- Interaction activities and steps.
- Inputs (from the other process to EA management).
- Outputs (from EA management to the other process).
Step 2: Create process workflow diagrams to visualize interactions between EA and other processes. This is especially helpful for multi-step interactions, e.g. project review procedure, EA compliance exception review procedure.
