Use this workbook to collect information required for business continuity (BC) management. The tabs are described below:
- BC Resources: List of documents/information sources that support business continuity and where they are located.
- BC Teams & Contacts: List of BC teams, from top level BC Management to individual Business Unit Teams, as well as key contacts such as external emergency services and vendors.
- BCP Maintenance & Testing: Schedule of BC Plan (BCP) review and testing activities.
- BC Metrics: Business continuity metrics to measure BCP pilot success as well as ongoing improvements.
- Alternate Worksites: Record the requirements for each business unit or other function (e.g. crisis command center or DR site) as well as existing alternate worksites.
- RTOs Master List: Overall list of RTOs for business processes and dependencies identified by each business unit.
- RPOs Master List: Overall list of RPOs for data dependencies identified by each business unit.
